From PFC Club’s Kitchen: Protein Bites
Ingredients
Figs : 50 grams
Dates : 20 grams
Protein powder: 1 scoop
Chocolate oats : 40 grams
Almonds: 5-6
Pistachio- 4
Roasted Peanuts: 20 grams
Mixed seeds for garnishing
Preparation
Soak the figs and dates for an hour and blend them into a paste, add chocolate oats ( you can also blend them into powder and then mix), add whey and roughly chopped nuts. Now spread into a container and garnish with seeds. Freeze them for 2-3 hours. Your protein bites are ready.
