From PFC Club’s Kitchen: Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
10g Olive Oil
250g Chicken Breast
Salt and Other Spices
Veggies (Onions)
Ginger Garlic Paste
Chicken Masala
Preparation
Heat a pan and add ghee.
Chop onions and sauté them. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add coriander powder, haldi, red chilly powder, chicken masala, salt, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add chopped chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 100ml of water and cover the pan. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the lid and let the gravy thicken Once you have achieved the desired amount of gravy add black pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve for yourself and enjoy
